The TT-1200T Case Packer Machine supports multiple bottle shapes and sizes and features quick and easy servo-assisted change-over. Low case magazine heights allow for easy and fast loading. Collation system accumulates the bottles on infeed conveyor and the product infeed pusher pushes a row of 4 bottles forward into the pick area. This process repeats until a 4×3 grid of product is formed. Bottles loaded into a corrugated box with the help of the pick and place gantry. The box is sealed with a tape closing system and labels are printed and applied to the case. Changeover functions are performed by push button servo motors. This piece of case packing equipment features stainless steel construction and simple open design which allow for easy maintenance.
